The toll route is generally faster, especially during rush hour traffic. The route goes through 3 toll booths (total cost $6.50*).
Take Pena Blvd. south out of the airport.
Take the E-470 N exit, exit number 6B.
Travel north and west on E-470, passing through 2 toll booths.
E-470 turns into the Northwest Parkway which has 1 toll booth.
Take the StorageTek/Interlocken exit to US-36 W.
Merge onto Foothills Pkwy. (first Boulder exit).
Take the Pearl Street ramp.
Turn right onto Pearl Pkwy.
Turn right at 49th Street.
Turn left onto Pearl East Circle.
4940 is the building on the right at the roundabout.

Alternate Route from Denver International Airport:
Take Pena Blvd. south out of the airport (approx. 10 miles).
Merge onto I-70 W. (approx. 5.2 miles).
Take the I-270 N exit, exit number 279, towards Ft. Collins (5.5 miles).
Take the US-36 W exit on the left towards Boulder (17.3 miles).
Merge onto Foothills Pkwy. (first Boulder exit). (2.5 miles).
Take the Pearl Street ramp.
Turn right onto Pearl Pkwy.
Turn right at 49th Street.
Turn left onto Pearl East Circle.
